  1. Take chicken wings and prick them with fork.
  2. Make chicken completely dry and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl add all other ingredients and mix well. Sauce is ready.
  4. Dip the wings in sauce and marinate for 45 mins.
  5. Transfer wings to a tray and again marinate wings by applying left sauce on wings for 15 mins.
  6. In a grilling saucepan add 2 tbsp oil and place all the wings in it. Cook wings on low flame until they are tender. (30-40mins). Cover them if needed.
  7. Serve with garnishes like green onion.

Mix remaining ingredients into a bowl. Place pieces on the grill and brush with remaining mixture. Keep one burner off or on low in case some wings are cooked before others. Put the wings in a single layer on the grill over the heat. Bump the flame up to medium heat, place the chicken on the grill rack and cover.
